Slower transfer speeds from/to SMB shares #1767

Expected behaviour

When transferring files from/to local SMB share, transfer speeds are slower than the actual network link is capable of. If mounting the SMB share via commandline and do the same test, sppeds top up the network link. SMB Terminal

Actual behaviour

File transfer speeds are slower then the actual network link is capable of - not a whole lot but it's enough to bottleneck certain activities, especially when dealing with multiple smaller files. SMB Caja

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Mount the SMB network share via Caja > File > Connect to Server... Copy a file or folder from the network share to local filesystem (or vice-versa)

This might be another GVFS issue, all Caja does is provide the frontend for it on a non-local filesystem.
