why slow support android file manage? #980

When connecting an Android device, file management and even the opening of the phone drive are very slow The current version of Linux is also 17.10

Same. When transfering files from phone to computer, sometimes the transfer gets stuck (it "pauses" for a while, and the "loading" icon is turning) for a minute or two, then the transfer goes on, and gets stuck again, and so on.

Not sure if related to the phone, to my laptop, or to Mate/Caja. I expercience this with two phones though.
