Moving windows with keyboard causes focus to change when focus-follows-mouse is enabled

Expected behaviour

With focus following mouse, moving windows with the keyboard should keep focus on the moved window if the mouse has not been moved by the user.

Actual behaviour

Move window with keyboard shortcut.
If window is no longer below the mouse, focus is lost to the window currently below the mouse.
It is very frustrating when focus changes without the mouse having been moved when one wants to use the moved window.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

In Window Preferences, enable Select windows when the mouse moves over them.
In Keyboard Shortcuts, enable shortcuts to move windows east, west, north, south.
Open a window on the lest side of the screen.
Put the mouse over the window.
Use keyboard shortcut to move window to the right side of the screen.
Do not move the mouse.
Observe that the window has already lost focus.

Actual behavior is correct one! Even if user does not move mouse technically it is moved out of one window and it moves over other...

I support the initial submitter. If you consider the actual behavior being correct then: 1) Please consider the bugreport as a feature request to make it configurable. 2) If a new window appears for a corresponding keyboard shortcut is pressed, it get focused regardless of the actual mouse position. (Fine by me.) However according to your logic, it's a bug.
