[Feature Request] Top/bottom tiling in Marco #583

Hi, I (and, I'm sure, many others) have a display or few oriented vertically, with half-tiling going on at top and bottom. It'd be nice if Marco supported this, and since y'all fine folks semi-recently implemented quarter-tiling, I'd figure it'd be relatively easy? MATE's my favorite DE and I'd prefer to keep the stock WM.

Currently using Devuan Beowulf (testing, hitting release any day now), MATE 1.20.4, marco 1.20.3-1.

I'm spoiled by QuickTile, which had this exact option. sadly it does no longer work with newer Marco's

perhaps the setting could be called tile-to-bottom tile-to-top (similar to the current tile-to-side-w, tile-to-corner-ne, etc)

workaround: I use quicktile (now works in newer Marcos again)

I mapped Shift + numpad (I ofc have numpads on all my laptops) to correspond to the section of screen I want the window tiled to
