ADD Marco window tile cycling: dconf option to skip original window size&position

use case:

When I Tile a window, I tile it because I dont like its current position/size. so having the original size&position shown in the tile cycle is a waste of time and attention

This might also confuse users used to other tilers, who after cycling through i.e. South-East corners get the window in its last position which arguably is not a corner tile)

However this probably should not be enabled by default

workaround: I use quicktile

I mapped Shift + numpad (I ofc have numpads on all my laptops) to correspond to the section of screen I want the window tiled to
