[feature request] use hjkl (vi keys) to resize and move windows like xfwm action keys can be customized. #649

I hate to ask and just hope it would appear sooner or later but really do want this feature In marco I have mod4+m and mod4+r setup to set my windows to go into move or resize mode then i have to use the arrow keys to move/resize the window. Could a feature be added to be able to use h for left, j for down, k for up, l for right instead? XFWM for MATE has this feature that allows you to customize the "action keys" for in the window manager settings.
