One time behavior observed on a fresh install of Linux Mint 20 "Ulyana" - MATE (64-bit)

1.24

1.24.0

Linux Distribution

Linux Mint 20 "Ulyana" - MATE (64-bit)

Could you please clarify if this issue is the same as in https://github.com/mate-desktop/marco/issues/617 or a different one? If it is the same Linux Mate need to update their version, but if it is different it should probably be fixed somewhere else
