When users have a window on top, they should only see it.
Actual behaviour
Many times the are rapid flashes of the window behind on part of the screen. It usually happens with Firefox and any other window on the back, when scrolling and when watching videos. Also happens a lot having Octopi on the back and Firefox on the front. The flashes appear on the top side of the screen.
These flashes are not recorded with screen recorders, so I can't show an example.
Steps to reproduce the behaviour
I don't know them. Maybe open more than one window: Telegram, Octopi and Firefox. Go to this link and see the video on full screen.
