"gsettings set org.mate.Marco.general focus-mode click" seems to have no effect #667

Expected behaviour

$ gsettings set org.mate.Marco.general focus-mode click
log out
log in
when
run app1
run app2
exit app2
focus returns to previously focused app1

Actual behaviour

focus returns to app underneath mouse

MATE general version

Package version

garberw@electron> rpm -qa | grep mate-desktop
mate-desktop-libs-1.24.1-3.fc33.x86_64
mate-desktop-1.24.1-3.fc33.x86_64
