stickynotes - Always-on-top option #206

Would love a global preference to stick the always-on-top window feature on all sticky notes globally. IE: When a note is created and/or all notes are hidden/shown - they automatically appear on top of all other windows.

I currently use this hack: https://askubuntu.com/questions/275778/getting-stickynotes-to-stay-always-on-top But would really love to stop using it.
