weather applet just goes into updating mode and doesn't show any weather updates

I do not know whether this is the same issue that is reported by williamwiley or a separate issue.

I am running/using mate-applets 1.16.0-1

[$] apt-cache policy mate-applets                                                                                                  
mate-applets:
  Installed: 1.16.0-1
  Candidate: 1.16.0-1
  Version table:
 *** 1.16.0-1 600
        600 http://httpredir.debian.org/debian stretch/main amd64 Packages
          1 http://httpredir.debian.org/debian unstable/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

These are the changes I did to the default mateweather applet

• Temperature Unit - changed to Celsius
• Wind speed Unit - km/hr
• Pressure Unit - Default -inHg
• Visibility Unit - km

Clicked Enable radar map

Location > Asia > India > Pune > Pune International Airport

I am able to see the weather via https://weather.com/en-IN/weather/today/l/INXX0102:1:IN . I put the same details in the custom radar map but that didn't work :(

I corrected the coordinates for your location in https://github.com/mate-desktop/libmateweather/commit/0531220094b64996af4a4a0194db452db7e5a0f0, but it seems like there's also something wrong with the weather station there. I looked at the data here and saw it was last updated 30 Dec 2016.
