[Request] Additional settings for window list applet #245

Right now there is no settings for show/remove button/app label or show windows from all monitors. Xfce have this settings and are great for low resolution monitors and for multi monitor setup. My point is that we dont need x applets that are the same but have diferent settings, we need one that its working and its customizable screenshot_2017-05-09_18-23-09 mate feature

The problem is, as I mentioned in https://github.com/mate-desktop/mate-panel/issues/144#issuecomment-69017606, that Xfce has their own custom code, while we use WnckTasklist.
