Enhance default applications with screen capture app #742

Expected behaviour

The list of default applications should have an entry for the captiuring app, to easily switch to shutter or flameshot, ...

Actual behaviour

This setting is not available. Found this issue https://github.com/mate-desktop/mate-control-center/issues/55 to read(write) the data manually.
