Travis is gone #754

Expected behaviour

Can use travis to release a tarball to https://pub.mate-desktop.org

Actual behaviour

Travis integration seems to have disappeared, was thus unable to publish https://github.com/mate-desktop/mate-control-center/commit/d39afc2200d159ce17741f310b8b5e4d51344edb beyond the github site

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Commit any change to any repo or attempt to release a new version

1.28.0

Package version

1.28.1

Linux Distribution

Affects all

Link to bugreport of your Distribution (requirement)

None as this is an issue with travis integration

@lukefromdc maybe we ran out of credits and need to ask again? master still seems to have the .travis.yml config file.

Running out of credits normally just means travis tasks cannot run, not that all references to it disappear from the Github repos
