Mark as feature request

Expected behaviour

A setting in mate-notification properties to change the time that notifications are displayed on-screen. Notifications should be able to disappear after a time specified by the user.

Actual behaviour

The default timeout allows several notifications to stack across the screen, with no way to alter the timeout setting, causing aggravation when using full-screen applications or media.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

MATE general version

1.20.0

Package version

mate-notification-properties 1.20.0-2

Linux Distribution

Ubuntu MATE 18.04.1

No one interested to implement this? Do I have to complete turn it off?
