it needs first to change ubuntu and fedora in all repos, I am doing the job with ubuntu in all repos ( https://github.com/mate-desktop/engrampa/commit/1da83e1c459b53af656bf14c8738bff814bd3c5c )

@raveit65 what do you like to do with fedora? fedora 32? rawhide? or we can just wait for 32 in latest

I prefer to use always fedora:latest which is latest stable fedora release. Because fedora at travis is the hard-working horse which do the infrastructure tasks for MATE, eg. releasing, uploading to server, etc. We shouldn't break this only because of a unstable rawhide or beta release. Fedora 32 was nearly unusable for me because of a serious mdadm bug until today, which was fixed yesterday. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1809117 What i want to say is that shit can always be happens before a stable release. And what is the benefit not to build from mate-common 1.23.3 tarball at the moment?
