[Feature request] GUI option for Custom Date Format #1024

Expected behaviour

Feature request for the clock. Right now I use dconf-editor, but I would like a GUI option to use custom date formats.

Specifically an editor for these values:

/org/mate/panel/objects/clock/prefs/format, set to "custom"

/org/mate/panel/objects/clock/prefs/custom-format, with a custom text entry field
