Applet image border doesn''t fit the panel size since GTK3 migration #802

Expected behaviour

Applet image border should fit the panel size

Actual behaviour

Applet image border keeps the default size

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1) Login to your session 2) Set the top panel size to 100

Do the same on a GTK2 version, here 1.8, the applet image borders is resized when I change the size of a panel.
