MATE Power Manager missing notification icon #300

Expected behaviour

Expect to see icon.

Actual behaviour

No icon is displayed.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Unplug power cable so the battery notification displays.

MATE general version

1.22.1

Package version

mate-power-manager-1.22.1-1.fc30.x86_64

Linux Distribution

Fedora 30
