icons: Add higher resolution icons #311

This doesn't do anything specific, just adds higher resolution icons that I've generated from SVG files. Until GTK adds support for HiDPI in the GtkStatusIcon, for example, this change won't matter much, but since I had the icons already, I think it's better to submit them now than to lose them...

It works fine , but na-tray icon-size has a limit (100px). For seeing the power icons in full size with a huge panel this needs to increased. See na-tray-full-size Note: power icon is right from qas-mixer icon.

Anyway, most new icons are used already in other places, eg. mate-power-statistics or inhibit icons. So huge icon size makes sense.
