Fix translation of 'State' in 'Power Statistics' under en_GB #353

This fixes translation of 'State' in 'Power Statistics' which currently reads as 'County' when the locale is 'English (United Kingdom). Ref. Ubuntu-MATE bug #1859184.

We use transifex for translation and every pull from transifex will override changes at github. https://www.transifex.com/mate/MATE/dashboard/ Become a member of translation team of your language and fix it at transifex, please.
