mate-power-statistics includes incorrect translation of "State" into British English #373

Expected behaviour

The "State" field name in mate-power-statistics under British English is labelled "State"

Actual behaviour

The "State" field name in mate-power-statistics under British English is labelled "County"

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Open mate-power-statistics on a machine configured to use British English. Observe label of charging state field.

This is fixed in https://github.com/mate-desktop/mate-power-manager/commit/7de8cf80db3dd935c6cd4c3b4bb3c9fe15c67951#diff-7d337392de84a6d8eaa5a9d749d6ba225ab651d268680c1a3b6242cdd35fff22

and included in the current releases.
