It asks me for my billing/credit details because there are not enough credits, and the free plan costs $1 per month.

No, as is said in topic , MATE Desktop has been approved for OSS subscription, means Travis do sponsor Mate with free credits. You only need to write a mail to support of travis-ci.com and ask them for new credits when credits are low. Everybody from the team can do that. support@travis-ci.com

For some reasons travis don't want to give us credits automatically, we have to ask for that every time.....

Well, normally i can ask them, but my life situation has been change and it is possible that i don't see when credits are low again. Edit: In result another team member (or better all) should be familiar with the process to get new free credits Thank you

That's it, normally travis-ci support will answer after a few hours or a day, and give us sponsored credits again.

No, I won't write them. I think there should be only one MATE member in charge of communicating with the support technicians, otherwise we are creating an overload for all.

No, they said to me everybody from team can do that. No problem for them. Feel free to write them if you want to use CI integration. Honestly, my time is limited and i don't want to be responsible for all here....
