Lock screen showing wrong time #283

Expected behaviour

Lock screen should show the time in the same timezone as the system clock

Actual behaviour

Lock screen displays UTC time

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Set system TZ to anything other than UTC time

MATE general version

1.24.1

Package version

ghostbsd-mate-1.24.1 "meta-port" for the GhostBSD MATE integrated X11 desktop
