This fixes the missing icon on GTK3 with custom icon theme.

I don't see any icons named msd-xrandr in any icon themes. It's provided by m-s-d itself.

Oh, I see now. Then the correct fix is to move msd-xrandr icon from mate to hicolor icon directory. See my new PR: #129
