Option to increase the sound to more than 100% using the volume keys? #191

Frequently I wish to increase the sound to more than 100% directly from the volume keys. This is currently unsupported and I have to open the sound preferences to do so.

I recall Unity has such a feature. What do you think of adding such a feature to MATE?
