[suggestion] add a way to change appearance via command-line. #207

please add a way to change appearance via command-line. i want to set a cron job that changes between Mint-X and Mint-Y Dark depending on the daytime to get a night mode.

If we decided to implement this feature this will not be in Mate settings Daemon but in Mate Control Center on the command-line "mate-appearance-properties".

You can already change the theme from command-line with gsettings.

The command should be like that : gsettings set org.mate.interface gtk-theme ContrastHigh

This command will only work if you're user is logged.

Could you close this bug and reopen it on Mate Control Center if my proposed solution is not sufficient for you.
