In earlier versions of MATE DE, when I put Ctrl-Shift hotkey as layout switch it works perfectly.
'Cause as usual it works on "Release" action not on "Press"
Actual behaviour
Now when I press for example "Open closed tab" hotkey (Ctrl-Shift-T) in browser it switches layout, but dont open closed tab - only new tab. As I understand operate as "Ctrl-T" hotkey.
The same problem with other Ctrl-Shift-x hotkeys in all applications.
