Xrandr applet: make legacy popup menu theme work #222

Make the original theming for the labels on the popup menu work. They match the rectangular boxes shown on the monitors matching the label text.

OK, we can probably forget this, I don't see any way to get that into a cssprovider, as I have never been able to use a variable in one
