Wacom doesn't change orientation with display rotation #242

Expected behaviour

When a display is rotated with xrandr (in my case, via the screen-rotation button on a Thinkpad), the Wacom should reorient with the display, so that the pen remains aligned with the screen.

Actual behaviour

The wacom remains in the original orientation, so moving the pen up moves the pointer left, left becomes down, etc.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Rotate the display with xrandr, then try to draw on the display with the pen.

I'm assuming this is because GNOME has https://github.com/GNOME/gnome-settings-daemon/tree/master/plugins/wacom as part of Gnome 3, but MATE does not have this plugin?

I wonder if this could be backported?
