"Latch modifiers when pressed twice" in mate-control-center>keyboard>accessability (current M-C-C master) should work with 1.21.0 version of mate-settings-daemon since it runs against the current version after commit
github.com/mate-desktop/mate-settings-daemon/commit/b761b23f64644122db4a3a57a831e7183e17b340
which is also versioned 1.21.0. Version should be bumped to 1.21.1
Actual behaviour
"Latch modifiers when pressed twice" will be displayed and can be checked and unchecked in mate-control-center but cannot have any effect if mate-settings-daemon does not support that feature, which it did not prior to the commit in question.
Steps to reproduce the behaviour
Roll back mate-settings-daemon to initially release 1.21.0 and then start mate-control-center>keyboard preferences>Accessability
MATE general version
1.21
Package version
Using 1.21.0 from git master current as of 10-8-2018, this version works but needs a version bump so a Debian package of mate-control-center can depend on it
