OSD progress bar is hard to see with most GTK3 themes (third party and Adwaita) #275

The control panel and the mate-desktop.org site link to mate-look.org to obtain more themes. Most of them work great, but they don't seem to be specifically designed for Mate and the OSD values aren't set. The progress bar is almost always black and is hard to see and hard to use. If it wasn't for that, I think these themes would work perfectly.

The themes that come with Mate are great but it would be also great to install most GTK themes available on mate-look.org (or elsewhere) without having to tweak them.

There seem some transparency set by default. Could it be possible to also have some kind of default color for the progress bar (maybe something neutral, close to white, without transparency) that could be overridden, so that most of the GTK themes available would work out of the box?

It would also be great if it worked with the defaut GTK3 themes Adwaita and Adwaita Dark.

Oh yeah, I get this too if I switch to Adwaita. This sort of thing is one reason GTK3 supports adding "FALLBACK" and "THEME" style providers to get a sane default, obviously that's needed here.
