Hide MATE Settings Daemon from Startup Applications capplet #298

Autostart desktop files are hidden from the Startup Applications capplet. This pull request ensures that MATE Settings Daemon is not presented as an item that users can disable. See also:

Someone forgot to delete the branch after merging :) I don't think that there is a useful situation to start MATE without a settings-daemon, so hiding m-s-d in dialog might be OK.

@flexiondotorg @vkareh Should we consider this as a bugfix and cherry-pick to stable 1.22 branch?

The commits for the checkbox to hide startup applications is already in mate-session-manager 1.22 branch. OK, a user can disable m-s-d from startup if there is a (for me unknown) good reason for. I will cherry-pick that to 1.22 branch.
