Mate volume OSD should not only be smaller, but have the ability to be moved. #309

Expected Smaller OSD presented with it's ability to be moved frome bottom center of screen.

OSD visually large and unmoveable and unable to resize

Simply initiate the volume short cuts

sorry, the image is partial. It is essentiall 1/3 origial size, no background color.
