mate-terminal 1.20.0: external mouse scrolling doesn't work #320

Expected behaviour

external mouse wheel should scroll, both in terminal window and help window

Actual behaviour

it doesn't react to external mouse wheel, but other applications do. Scrolling works when used by touchpad and trackpoint + middle touch button.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Ubuntu 18.04, Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 370
