Terminated mate-terminal won't die #347

Expected behaviour

The window closes upon terminating the terminal.

Actual behaviour

The window remains, and must be closed manually.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

  1. Open mate-terminal.
  2. enter kill -9 $$
  3. Window remains open
