Terminal cursor stops blinking #368

Expected behaviour

Cursor should continue to blink.

Actual behaviour

Cursor stopped blinking after eight or nine blinks, with Cursor Blink setting on Always blink or Use system settings.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Make sure Cursor Blink setting is on one of the above. Watch screen, cursor stops blinking after eight or nine blinks.
