Feature request: When profile is changed, resize window according to new profile's settings

Expected behaviour

When the profile is changed, the terminal size changes according to the profile settings.

Actual behaviour

When the profile is changed, the terminal size does not change, no matter what the profile settings say.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Make a new user and login
2. Open mate-terminal, it opens with terminal size of 80x24
3. Modify the Default profile so that it has a custom terminal size of 80x25, nothing happens
4. Create a new profile "132x43" based on the Default profile, and give it a custom terminal size of 132x43
5. Change the profile to "132x43", nothing happens
6. Close mate-terminal and open it again, it will open with a size of 80x25
7. Change the profile to "132x43", nothing happens
