Delete all traces of gtk-2.0 #235

Remove Template files and update configure.ac to check for gtk-3.0. Unfortunately, gtk-engines still have version number 2, but all themes are gtk-3.0, which is a bit confusing.

Apologize for the hugh commit. I successfully built this commit, and I can confirm the are no issues with it running with the latest gtk-3.24.1 version.

I don't agree with removing gtk-2.0 parts of themes. There are a lot of applications which are using gtk-2. This has nothing to do with the build requires of gtk2. Why making this PR if you don't understand it? Please leave it like it is. Gtk2/3 is in the standard installation of every distro, no need to change something. I will remove the BR for myself if i find some time for it. We have other things to do which are more important.
