Menta theme sliders are blurry. And switchers are noisy. #257

Expected behaviour

Not being blurry and noisy. For example like in Mint-X theme. Maybe there is a way to take sliders and switches from that theme?

Actual behaviour

They are blurry and noisy.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Coose menta theme. Look how widgets look.
