logout #10

can not logout from mate session

Wayfire does not itself have a logout function, running killall wayfire will forcibly end the session. We could add wlogout and a wayland screenlocker to the dependencies of the session to fix that, but not sure if folks want to depend on more outside software. Also could make them optional/recommended and show these menu items only if the relevent binaries are present.
