Backport option to stay in foreground #212

Hi, There doesn't seem to be an option to keep pluma running in the foreground. This is useful if you are running it from a script which is waiting for the updated file.

Among things, this makes pluma unusable as git message editor which seems like a pretty big problem.

I strongly support this feature request. Actually, pluma's cousin gedit offers an option to do just that:

       -s, --standalone
              Run gedit in standalone mode.

It would be great to have the same option available in pluma.
