OPen files ignores user set icon theme. #249

Expected behaviour

Mate uses the icon theme that I have selected.

Actual behaviour

It uses Adwaita when opening a file via open file.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Select some other kind of theme for the icosn it'll still use adwaita.

Not reproducible in my Stretch VM. I have mate-icon-theme-faenza set, and it's applied to Open File dialog as well.

The icon theme on the left-hand side isn't the same thing. screenshot at 2017-09-18 13-52-45

It uses high-contrast them for all of those elements but the selected icon theme forthe rest of it. Similar things happen when I use other non-builtin themes.

Does anything change if you change GTK+ theme as well?

I never got an email about this. And no, it's always wrong unless you use one of the default mate GTK+ icon themes.

GTK+ theme and icon theme are different things. I asked just in case GTK+ theme would affect it somehow too.
