Feature request | Change encoding for already opened file #636

Expected behaviour

Open document. If encoding wrong, manually change to correct. Like as Kwrite I suggest add button to status bar for change encoding. See picture below.

Actual behaviour

At now, changing encoding available for open new file from open dialog. But if open files from any file managers, browsers - autodetect only. It's fail often.
