Add support for import of SDL packages #3532

Dear developers,

Please add import of Trados packages as SmartCat has. This is a very useful thing.

Would someone be interested in making such feature?

@GiacominoVerbosari Hi I would love to contribute to this project. Do you have matecat installed and running locally? If so please help me install it first Thanks.

@ali-suhaib : I will install it locally. Would it be possible to develop such a feature as SmartCat has that the SDL Package gets imported together with TM and TB and easily exported from MateCat as return package?
