Is it safe to run the pysilon.bat on a host computer? #613

Describe the bug I just want to know because I dont want my computer to get absolute shit on

OS: [ Windows 10]
Python Version: [e.g. 3.11.3]

I think that if we wanted to spread shit using pysilon.bat then we would answer "yes" to that question anyway, so this question kinda doesnt make any sense. But yes, its safe
