LICENCE file and version #8

Would it be possible to add a version number (@ 7198123) or later for this project? I would like to create bioconda packages for fast5 and nanopolish.

I just created a tag (the number is a bit arbitrary). The project already has a LICENSE file in its root- Is that one not enough?
