Added color-scheme meta tag to all HTML heads #11

<meta name="color-scheme" content="light only">

This lets the browser know that the website should only be viewed in light mode. The site is already dark mode, so forcing dark mode messes up some elements.

Fixes the issue in Chrome, unsure about other browsers.
