official_medical_unit_name (if medical_unit_id is not null: the name from medical_units)
status (the slug from metadata_request_status_types)
needs
an array of: {name: "Măști P1 | chirurgicale | simple cu 3 pliuri (buc)", amount: 750}
if the request is "processed", put here only the current needs
if the request is "validated", add one element, with amount: 1, for each line from other_needs
