Improve status filter menu #18

The status filter menu should have items in an order that reflects the natural flow. (the icons are a bonus)

  1. ❓ Nevalidată
  2. ✅ Validată
  3. 📋 Procesată
  4. 🎁 Rezolvată

  5. ❌ Respinsă

  6. 📜📜 Nerespinse
  7. 👁️👁️ Publice (validate & procesate)

Legendă: Nerespinse = toate fără respinse Publice = validate & procesate
